Quick help
Confirm Screen Time access is authorized and that you selected the apps you want Unscroll to manage.
The first report may take a little time. Keep Screen Time access enabled and reopen Usage Details later.
Choose temporary access from the unlock page. Any unfinished restriction returns automatically after the brief window.
Turn notifications off in Unscroll Settings or adjust notification permission in iPhone Settings.

Unscroll 能看到我在其他应用里的内容吗？
不能。Apple 的 Screen Time 框架以隐私令牌提供选择和限制能力。Unscroll 不会查看你的消息、输入、浏览内容或应用内活动细节。
为什么限额达到后当天不能修改？
组合每日总限额在达到后会保持到当地时间的第二天，以避免在冲动中关闭限制。临时使用或万能钥匙只影响应用是否可用，不会重置当天的达标状态。
万能钥匙是什么？
万能钥匙可提前结束解锁页中全部应用的当前限制。新用户默认获得一把，最多保存三把。
Unscroll 支持哪些设备？
Unscroll 1.0 仅支持 iPhone，需要可使用 Apple Screen Time 功能的系统环境。
Frequently asked questions
Can Unscroll see what I do inside other apps?
No. Apple’s Screen Time framework uses privacy tokens for selection and restriction. Unscroll cannot see your messages, typing, browsing content, or detailed activity inside apps.
Why can’t I edit a limit after reaching it?
A reached total daily limit remains in place until the next local day, helping prevent an impulsive change. Temporary access or a Magic key can change app availability without resetting that day’s reached state.
What is a Magic key?
A Magic key ends the current restriction for every app shown on the unlock page. New users start with one and can keep up to three.
Which devices are supported?
Unscroll 1.0 is available for iPhone only and requires a system environment that supports Apple Screen Time.
